Admission Procedure

Admission Policy:

As per Letter No. SO(A-1) Dated 02-Octber, 2001 by the Education Department Govt. of the Punjab & Letter No. 7703/1294/GEN/WR-4 Dated 11-April, 2002 by ARMY GHQ Rawalpindi, admission in 1st Year and 3rd Year will be on the following lines:

(A) 1st Year Open Merit Special Quota 92%
Disabled 02%
Sports (Only for Arts students) 02%
Transgender 02%
Minority 02%
(B) Associate Degree Program Commerce Open Merit Special Quota 92%
Disabled 02%
Army 02%
Transgender 02%
Minority 02%

Subject Selection (Morning Shift)

Intermediate student can select one set from the following sets.

  • F.Sc Pre-Medical: (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
  • F.Sc Pre-Engineering: (Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics)
  • ICS: (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
  • ICS: (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
  • General Science: (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics)
  • General Science: (Mathematics, Psychology, Statistics)
  • General Science: (Mathematics, Geography, Statistics)

Arts: Students can select only one subject from all the following groups.

  • Education, Health & physical education, Psychology, Sociology
  • Civics, Persian, Arabic, Statistics, Punjabi
  • Economics, philosophy, Islamiat elective, Geography, History

Subject Selection (Evening Shift)

Intermediate: Student will select anyone set from the following.

  • F.Sc Pre-Medical: Biology, Chemistry, Physics
  • F.Sc Pre-Engineering: Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics
  • ICS: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics
  • Arts: Health & Physical Education, Sociology, Islamiat
  • Arts: Islamiat, Sociology, Civics

Associate Degree Program (Commerce) Part-I

1. Business Math Stat 100 5. Functional English 100
5. Computer 100 6. Introduction to Business 100
3. Economics 100 7. Money, Banking, Finance 100
4. Financial 100 8. Islamiat 60

Associate Degree Program (Commerce) Part-II

BS (4-Year Program)

BS four year Program in Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Mathematics and computer science has began in 2016. Admission is only on merit.

1. BS Physics: To get admission in BS Physics, the study of physics and Mathematics is necessary in F.Sc.
2. BS Mathematics: To get admission in BS Mathematics, Mathematics with Physics or statistics must be studied in F.Sc
3. BS Chemistry: For admission in BS Chemistry, only those students are eligible who have passed F.Sc Pre- Medical or Pre-Engineering.
4. BS Zoology: For admission in BS Zoology only those students are eligible who have passed F.Sc Pre-Medical
5. BS- IT: For admission in BS IT, students must have studied Maths with Physics or Computer in F.Sc/ICS.
6. BS English: To get admission in BS English, the study of English is necessary in F.A / F.Sc.
7. BS Urdu: To get admission in BS Urdu, the study of Urdu is necessary in F.A / F.Sc.
8. BS Islamiat: To get admission in BS Islamiat, the study of Islamiat is necessary in F.A / F.Sc.
9. BS Economic: To get admission in BS Economics, the study of Economics is necessary in F.A / F.Sc.
10. BS Political Science: To get admission in BS Political Science, the study of Political Science is necessary in F.A / F.Sc.

Online admission rule

Following are the rules for online admission.

  • Candidates are required to apply ONLINE only.Applications other than ONLINE, will not be accepted. Apply Now, don't wait for the last date.
  • Each discipline's Processing Fee and Admission Fee is separate.
  • Transfer of Discipline is not permissible.
  • All mendatory fields in admission form must be filled.False Data found at any time will lead to cancellation of admssion / degree and Disciplinary False Data found at any time will lead to cancellation of admssion / degree and Disciplinary
  • Attested copies of recent educational certifictes will be submitted at the time of interview.
  • The Picture of candidate must be with White background for Intermediate and Light Blue for BS & Associate Degree
  • Original Educational documents are to be produced before admission committee at the time of admission interview.
  • After the Due date of Admission / Fee Submission, Candidate's right for admission will be cosidered null and void.
